1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FreshBazar (our website or app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and delivery recipients.

Note: Updated terms will always be posted on our website. Continued use means you have accepted the updates.

2. Use License

You are granted a limited license to browse and shop on FreshBazar for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially use content without permission.

3. Account & Registration

Some features (such as order history, address book, checkout) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.

If unauthorized activity occurs, inform us immediately. FreshBazar is not liable for losses unless caused by our negligence.

Important: You are responsible for keeping your password and login secure. Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.

4. Products — Sourced Fresh from the Market

We source fresh products directly from the local market and generally provide next-day delivery as specified at checkout.

All products are perishable (fruits, vegetables, herbs, dairy, etc.). Natural variations in size, color, weight, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects unless the product is spoiled upon delivery.

  • Images are for illustration only — actual items may differ.
  • Weight and size may vary slightly due to packaging or harvest conditions.
  • Special requests (e.g., grading, size) can be noted at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change according to market rates. The price shown at checkout is the final price (including applicable taxes and delivery charges).

We accept multiple payment methods. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that method.

Payment Security: Transactions are processed through secure gateways. FreshBazar does not store full card details.

6. Delivery — Next-Day & Open-Box Inspection

We generally deliver on the next business day unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or market conditions.

Open-Box Delivery: Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery. Our delivery agent may open the package to allow you to check freshness and quality. Customers are expected to:

  • Check items immediately upon delivery for visible spoilage or errors.
  • Raise issues on the spot with the delivery agent. If accepted without objection, returns/refunds will not be considered later.
  • If packaging is damaged or items appear spoiled, report immediately at delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds — No Returns (Except Spoilage on Delivery)

Policy: Because we deliver fresh, perishable goods, there are no returns or refunds once an order is accepted without complaint.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The item is visibly spoiled (rotting, foul smell, severe damage) at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported to the delivery agent immediately and documented (with photos/agent note).

Valid claims may be resolved with a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos and order details).

Note: Opened, used, or cooked products are not eligible for return or refund. For hygiene reasons, sealed perishables cannot be refunded once opened.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take care to source and deliver products responsibly, but FreshBazar and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for medical conditions, allergic reactions, or individual taste preferences. Customers with allergies must check product details before ordering.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country. If any provision is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will still apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will attempt to provide notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
